What a fun and unique ACTS event!In February 2024, we brought in three chefs all the way from Italy for an authentic Sicilian cultural experience. We learned to make delicious Sicilian street food and enjoyed it while sipping wine and mingling with other friends of ACTS.
Head chef Antonio (Palermo), Chef Stefano (Umbria) and pastry chef Barbara (Umbria) demonstrated the creation of arancini, bruschetta, and tiramisu for us to enjoy.
Some lucky attendees got a hands-on interactive experience where chef Antonio guided the making of arancini.
