We have an active board of directors working hard to make a difference in our community, but we are also looking for additional board members. If you’d like to learn more about being on the board or becoming an associate, speak to one of our team members.

Linda Pizzo – Executive Chair
Linda is a member of ERA Group, a global network of business owners helping mid to large size companies improve their bottom line. Linda’s background is in accounting, and she spent most of her career serving nonprofit organizations. In her hometown, St. Louis, she served on the board of a nonprofit that advocates for and assists women in the criminal justice system to support their successful transition back to family and community. She moved to Anthem in 2017 and searched for a nonprofit to support. She joined ACTS in 2022.

Lauren Cameron – Treasurer
Lauren moved to Anthem ten years ago from the Boston area and she is a retired business manager and financial analyst. She has been a member of the ACTS Holiday Home Tour committee for three years, serving one year as Chair.

Pat Marrs – Secretary
Pat Marrs moved to Anthem in 2004 and has been an active volunteer in the community and at the Anthem Country Club for the last 17 years. She recently joined ACTS and is sharing secretary duties with Anna. She has been involved with Promusica Arizona, Anthem Pets, Anthem Ladies Golf Association, Country Club Board of Governors, and Anthem Giving Circle. She is also active with the Foothills Food Bank and helps to organize donations for Adopt-a-family.

Sarah Omer – Community Outreach Chair
In addition to her roles with ACTS, Sarah is also Secretary/Treasurer of North Anthem Area Assistance Providers (NAAAP) and a member of Anthem Giving Circle (AGC). She is also a Court Appointed Special Advocate for Foster Children (CASA) and Wednesday Club (ACC) President and former VP of Programs.

Robin Stuck – Events Co-Chair
Robin moved to Anthem in 2019 after retiring from Costco Wholesale, International Division. Her experience includes Korea Regional Marketing Manager; Japan Real Estate Manager; and International Development Manager for Asia. Prior to Costco, Robin worked for the Washington Education Foundation scholarship program as the Director of Marketing and Development. She is also a former Wednesday Club (TWC) president and is currently the TWC Webmaster.

Diane Eller – Events Co-Chair
Diane came to Anthem in 2011. She has been a snowbird from Illinois since 2017. She is a retired elementary school teacher with 30 years of classroom experience. She enjoys yoga, pickleball, and book club.

Betsy Crawford – Board Member At Large
Betsy joined ACTS shortly after moving to Anthem in 2020 and has served as the Volunteer Chairperson from 2021–2024. She and her husband Rod are active volunteers working. They worked on the Festival of Trees and other events over the years. Betsy is also a member of the Anthem Giving Circle.

Jill Tetsell – Board Member At Large
An AZ resident since 1988, Jill and her husband Dick moved to Anthem in 2004 and have run a real estate practice here since 2005. They are members of the Preferred Business of Anthem, Anthem Rotary, and the Anthem Area Chamber of Commerce. Jill and Dick are long-time supporters and sponsors for ACTS and ProMusica.

William J Snyder – Board Member At Large
Bill has been a CPA since 1985, working with individuals and businesses, as well as acting as a general business consultant. He has served on his church board and the Bay Area Fellowship of Christian Athletes. Bill has a passion for leadership, community service and sound stewardship, bringing practical and financial expertise to ACTS.

Kathi Williams – Associate Treasurer
Kathi moved to Anthem in 2021 and is a retired CPA having worked in public accounting for more than 35 years. Since moving to Arizona, she has become a member of the Anthem Giving Circle and the Friends of the North Valley Regional Library. She also served as the Treasurer for The Wednesday Club (ACC) for two years. She has enjoyed volunteering for various ACTS activities such as the wonderful plays.
